Because of the limited availability and customization for each experience, registration is a firm commitment. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve classes or vacations. Full payment is required at least 30 days prior to the event. You may switch your class to a different date at least 15 days prior to the class, but no reimbursement will be provided in case of cancellation. You may send someone in your place if you are unable to meet the cancellation deadline.
In the event of a government action restricting travel as a result of Covid 19 your payment will be fully refundable.
