This 10-day private culinary vacation begins with hands-on cooking classes near Tuscany on Mt. Fumaiolo, followed by 6 immersive days exploring the world-famous Val d’Orcia wine country, where you’ll taste the best Brunello and Vino Nobile Wines in Montalcino and Montepulciano and Extra-Vergin Olive Oils — and ends with 3 unforgettable nights in Florence. This is the ultimate Tuscan experience.
You’ll visit medieval villages, wineries, artisan producers, Renaissance art collections, and UNESCO-listed landscapes — all without handling a single detail of logistics. Enjoy Brunello in Montalcino, Vino Nobile in Montepulciano, Pecorino in Pienza, the hilltop beauty of Siena, and the iconic art museums and piazzas of Florence. This is Tuscany the way Italians actually experience it — relaxed, authentic, and filled with great food and culture.
Your experience begins with 4 days of hands-on cooking classes on Mt. Fumaiolo, visiting small villages and local markets with Chef Stefano to gather fresh ingredients and prepare authentic regional dishes.
From there, you’ll spend 3 days exploring the Val d’Orcia wine country visiting Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza e Siena, tasting Brunello and Vino Nobile, enjoying scenic walks, and savoring the quiet beauty of rolling Tuscan hills.
Your final 3 days are spent in Florence, where you’ll explore world-class museums, historic piazzas, artisan neighborhoods, and iconic landmarks — all with a private guide handling the logistics so you can simply enjoy the experience.
A complete, detailed day-by-day itinerary will be customized around your interests and finalized based on seasonality and opening schedules.
Special note: Museo dell’Accademia and Museo del Bargello can be added to the schedule according to your interest.
For the 4 days of your immersive cooking classes you’ll have exclusive access to Chef Stefano’s 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom historic stone house — completely private for you and your group. This 19th-century retreat features charming antiques, two fireplaces, a traditional stone oven, and a peaceful garden along the early waters of the Tevere (Tiber) River. It’s quiet, authentic, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of cooking and exploring.
For your Val d’Orcia stay, you’ll spend 3 nights in the Pienza countryside in a charming boutique accommodation surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and rolling Tuscan hills. Wake up to postcard-worthy landscapes, explore hilltop towns just minutes away, and enjoy easy access to wineries, local cheese producers, and traditional shops. It’s peaceful, authentic, and perfectly positioned for exploring the most beautiful wine country in Tuscany.
In Florence, you’ll stay 3 nights in a historic B&B in the heart of the city center — just steps from Palazzo Pitti, Ponte Vecchio, artisan boutiques, and family-run trattorias. You’ll be able to walk everywhere, enjoy aperitivo in the piazza, and experience Florence the way locals do — without crowds, confusion, or the stress of navigating traffic. It’s the ideal home base for exploring art, culture, and Tuscan cuisine in one of Italy’s most iconic cities.
