Spend 7 unforgettable days in Italy where you’ll cook with Chef Stefano on Mount Fumaiolo and explore Florence with a private guide.
You’ll start your vacation at Chef Stefano’s historic mountain home, where you’ll learn to cook authentic regional dishes from Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna using fresh local ingredients. Each afternoon includes hands-on cooking classes in a real Italian kitchen — no machines, no shortcuts — just traditional techniques and incredible food shared together.
After the cooking classes, you’ll pack up your new culinary knowledge and head to Florence for a private, stress-free city experience. Visit iconic landmarks, explore markets, taste local wines, shop, and enjoy the cultural heart of Tuscany at a relaxed pace. From the Duomo to Ponte Vecchio to hidden local neighborhoods — you’ll see the best of Florence with an expert who handles the logistics so you can simply enjoy.
Your vacation begins on Mt. Fumaiolo with cooking instruction, ingredient shopping, and local market visits in Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Umbria and the Montefeltro region. After four days of hands-on cooking and exploring nearby villages, you’ll travel to Florence for a four days private city experience.
Explore famous Florence monuments, hidden neighborhoods, artisan shops, churches, museums, restaurants and fancy cafés — all with a guide who knows the shortcuts, the stories, and where to find the best local food.
This is not a tour bus experience — every day is paced around you.
A complete, detailed day-by-day itinerary will be customized around your interests and finalized based on seasonality and opening schedules.
Special note: Museo dell’Accademia and Museo del Bargello can be added to the schedule according to your interest.
For the 4 days of your immersive cooking classes you’ll have exclusive access to Chef Stefano’s 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom historic stone house — completely private for you and your group. This 19th-century retreat features charming antiques, two fireplaces, a traditional stone oven, and a peaceful garden along the early waters of the Tevere (Tiber) River. It’s quiet, authentic, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of cooking and exploring.
In Florence, you’ll stay three nights in a Luxury Hotel located in the heart of the old city center 1 minute walk from Piazza Signoria — just 5min to Ponte Vecchio — within walking distance of authentic restaurants, artisan shops, and Tuscan aperitivo culture.
This all-inclusive culinary vacation is available year-round, based on availability. Pricing is listed per person and includes accommodations, meals, wines, transportation, cooking instruction, guided touring, tastings, museum tickets and all planned activities.
Private: 2-6 persons
If you’d like to explore more of Italy during this trip, you can add additional 4-day cultural extensions — such as Val d’Orcia (Montalcino, Pienza and Siena), Orvieto, Bologna, Venice, Rome, and the Amalfi Coast — each with private transportation and guided tours arranged for you.
