You’ll spend the first 4 days of your vacation cooking side-by-side with Chef Stefano in his historic mountain home — then travel to Venice for a privately guided 3 day stay where you’ll explore the real Venice most visitors never see.

Walk hidden neighborhoods, taste fresh seafood at the Rialto market, sip spritz by the canals, and shop authentic glassware and artisan goods. Together we can plan a boat ride for an unforgettable afternoon and discover the art, history, and quiet corners behind the postcard views.

This is a private, all-inclusive culinary vacation, designed around you.
